Our team have our eye on dinner at Fucina

Organic, innovative and wholesome. These are the three buzzwords of Fucina. Stefano Stecca (from The Chiltern Firehouse’s crab doughnut fame) has opened Fucina, with an aspiration to do simple Italian plates done well; from hand-rolled pasta to boar cooked in their wood fire pit. Their menu reads like a wander through an olive grove in the sun, destined for a candlelit summer under the orange trees. If ever a menu can transport you somewhere, it’s here! Fucina (which translates to forge) opens soon.
