Two Temple Place wedding
Last Saturday, The Perfect Wedding Company and Seasoned celebrated Catherine and Hamish’s wedding in style at Two Temple Place.
Catherine being a food blogger and Hamish an avid cyclist, we made sure that every aspect of their personalities was incorporated into the big day.
Food of course is always a big factor at weddings, so Seasoned created a succulent menu to tease the taste buds of any food lover. Starting with an imaginative salmon plate to entice your palate and then moving on to a juicy roasted loin of pork with a slow-cooked shoulder covered in apple and spinach purée and complemented by cocotte potatoes and vegetables. For dessert there was rhubarb and custard cheesecake with rhubarb sorbet available to refresh the palate.
The room didn’t need much decoration as the venue had so much personality, but Napoleon chairs supplied by The Event Hire Company were still used to match the grand feel of the venue. The table decoration was exactly what the bride and groom wanted, with small bicycles as table places to symbolise Hamish’s love of cycling.
Set amongst the menus at each place, Catherine had arranged for the guests to fill out and post cards containing advice for the newlyweds in a wedding letter box. The guests had a ball writing down amusing ideas and quirky advice!
For the ceremony, Carly Rogers Flowers decorated the chairs with jam jars filled with floral posies in a beautifully simplistic arrangement on the ceremony table. On the dining tables upstairs, Carly put together an assortment of wild blooms, giving each table a wild English garden touch.
At Seasoned, we pride ourselves on our high quality service and we always ensure our waiters and waitresses are of the highest calibre, sometimes using Jobs2Go to bring in the best staff for your big day. We also have a free dedicated wedding planner available courtesy of The Perfect Wedding Company, which Hamish and Catherine made full use of to make their dream day a reality.
Two Temple Place has such a wonderful essence and personality, with its dark wooden features and historical elements, making it a perfect wedding venue.
Congratulations to the happy couple!
