This month, in the spotlight, we introduce a refreshing new face on the UK wholesale cheese stage. Cheeseology is the brainchild of leading cheese authority Luke Fenwicke-Clennell and fine fresh produce expert Olly Roe of Fisher and Woods.
Based in market town Saffron Walden, Cheeseology source and supply the most diverse and authentic selection of classic and new wave fine cheeses available, focusing on provenance and terroir.
