St Paul’s Cathedral opened its ‘event’ doors for the first time all over again
The event space at St Paul’s Cathedral is open again! Whooooo. We were very excited to be chosen to be the first caterer back in the building. We helped design a feasting menu for 80 guests, all nestled against each other on one table and sharing from the same plates.
Our brief was to create an informal dinner suited to a high-end audience who are used to attending these sorts of dinners all of the time. Oh and keep to the look of ‘monastic chic’! A brilliant challenge.
Out came the textured white cloths and hemp-stich green napkins. Out came the rosemary sprigs to sit at each setting. Out came the wooden boards and eclectic plate ware. A feast was made!
