Conferencing but not as you know it

Conferences so often conjure up an image of a hotel room, a standard 9am-5pm day, simple sandwiches and generally not a very exciting day for attendees. However, there are so many ways to invigorate your guests and make it a standout event.

There are many venues out there that are exciting and interesting in which you can host your conference – take an example of the Guildhall, a stunning central City venue. They have rooms from 20 to 760 for conferences all steeped in history and stories. The fascinating history and current life of the City of London and the Guildhall’s place in it is an amazing backdrop to any event. A talk or a tour can easily be included to give everyone the chance to understand what a special place this is.

Get your delegates engaged by doing a team building activity – this appears to be a current trend to break up the day or end the day with a more social and relaxing element. We work with some great companies that can make you your own team building activity – they can base this around a venue such as the Guildhall, so you can explore the rooms or outside across the City of London. Why not end with a prize like winning drinks back at the Guildhall in one of their fantastic rooms?

Add to that some creative and energy boosting food and drinks, and you should have an engaged and excited room of delegates!

Conferencing should be appealing and inspiring, generating thoughts and interaction – we always ensure your delegates get exciting options on their breaks to keep those energy levels up – something like –

Energy balls of apricot, almond & pecan nuts, Coconut & macadamia nuts

Home-made granola bar topped with toffee sauce & toasted seeds

Chocolate brownie topped toasted marshmallow & raspberry gel

Our Guildhall packages start from £50.00 + VAT day delegate rate so are great value for a fantastic location and venue – I am sure your delegates will certainly attend this one for the opportunity to see inside this iconic building!
