VisitGibraltar at Gibraltar House!
We worked alongside the Government of Gibraltar and the VisitGibraltar tourist board to host a fantastic event that saw us provide catering for 50 guests at the stunning Gibraltar House. The event saw many high profile guests in attendance including the Chief Minister and Her Royal Highness the Princess Royal, to help promote tourism in the sunny territory located off the Spanish coast.
Our chefs prepared a sumptuous menu featuring a hot and cold seasonal canapé menu featuring chicken satay brochette, Yorkshire puddings with roast beef and horseradish, salmon in honey with sesame and wasabi, tartlet of egg Florentine served alongside a cold selection comprising of quail’s egg Florentine with spinach and hollandaise sauce, aubergine wrapped with sun-dried tomato and buffalo mozzarella, seared sea bass spoons with truffled pumpkin and parsnip crisp.
We finished the menu with a delicious selection of desserts including salted caramel mousse with fresh raspberry and cinder toffee, candied toffee apple and mixed fruit brochette with lemongrass crème fraîche.
We received a lovely comment from Tracey Poggio, Head of National Tourist Offices and Representatives: “I just wanted to say thanks to Seasoned for the great food and wine last night, we were complimented many times over. Always good to work with you!”
