Chris places great emphasis on taking a sustainable approach to all of our events and provenance and seasonality are very important to us as a business. The British Isles produce amazing food throughout the farming year and Chris works closely with his suppliers to ensure the Seasoned kitchens design imaginative, delicious and stylish dishes using high quality ingredients throughout the year.
