Our colourful ‘Seasoned stripes’ are linked to the creative masterminds behind Seasoned food; originating in our bustling kitchens as a technicolour reflection of our vibrant culinary surroundings, taking inspiration from the subtle details of our chefs’ aprons & the generous stripes & swipes of our sauces beautifully dressing our plates. Whatever the event, we hope to enrich it with a splash of Seasoned colour.

Executive Chef, Chris Hawkins (pictured), is obsessed with food, artistically crafting dishes using quality ingredients, new technology & innovative design. A scholar of foodie-ism & a habitual gatherer of outstanding recipes, he’s constantly adding fascinating new ideas & combinations along with his brigade of chefs, who create by using inspiration from their travels & experiences from around the globe, together with their belief in using the highest grade, locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients. With local ingredients available throughout the year, our World Master Chefs are always spoilt for choice & love creating new dishes or simply reinventing old classics.
We adore our people as much as our food & we always aim to deliver spectacular events without sacrificing the world we live in. Passionate about sustainability, we treasure local suppliers & place food provenance & ethical sourcing at the forefront of everything we do. Our high standards of service excellence are underpinned by our internationally recognised quality accreditations & service Academy. After delivering 1000’s of events over the decades, we have learned to work more ecologically & ethically whilst ensuring that our business activities are carried out in the most sustainable way possible. This is a passion driven across our business & our ISO 14001 Environmental Management accreditation underpins our commitment to the environment.
Over the years, our team has helped many charities of all sizes with fundraising support & donations. One of our initiatives focuses on providing clean water in Uganda through our partnership with charity Drop4Drop and we also champion our very own sustainable water campaign. Every year we select & support our chosen organisations, whether it’s through raffle prize donations, fundraising initiatives or volunteer support.
